It's rather short today because I have a lot of things to do. I've done with a group presentation in marketing seminar today. Our assigned topic was toilet paper. In Portugal, one innovative company called Renova has tried to globalise in the toilet industry.
Usually, we wanna purchase toilet paper rolls in terms of price and quality since they is a mass product. But, Renova established an unique position in the industry to make like black toilet paper.
It's crazy, isn't it? The quality is so so compared with Japanese ones. But, basically it's great in Europe I think.
I want to write the analysis for the company in this blog post. However, I have to go back to study....
